NEW:Live your entrepreneurship
“More Courage to Take Action” isn’t just theoretical business advice—it’s the unvarnished, humorous, and deeply inspiring journey of an exceptional entrepreneur.
“No, I’m not the intern!”
In his early years, Florian Arndt had to repeat this phrase almost as often as he said “Action!” on set. When he shot his first film at age 11 and, shortly thereafter (in 2012), was honored as Germany’s best up-and-coming director, no one could have guessed what was to come. On Valentine’s Day 2014, the then 21-year-old founded his first film company with friends: Sons of Motion Pictures GmbH.
What began with a great deal of passion is now a true multimillion-dollar company. The renowned agency produces moving images for small and medium-sized businesses, DAX-listed corporations, and Hollywood, and has won over 70 international film awards to date.
Serial Entrepreneur with Maximum Focus Florian Arndt, who was honored as Leipzig’s most successful young entrepreneur in 2018 and appointed Germany’s youngest honorary Senator for Economic Affairs in 2021, isn’t resting on his laurels. Today, at 34, he heads several companies. For example, in 2026, he co-founded Seven200 AI Studios with Tim Greve, the former co-CEO of Constantin Film. His entrepreneurial journey is absolute proof of what is possible with radical #Focus, #MaximumPerformance, and an uncompromising #EntrepreneurialSpirit.
